Nursery Field Deputy Manager – Location: Foosteps Nursery Fradley
Salary - £27,060.0 per annum (13.01 per hour)
We are looking for a dynamic and Early Years Teacher to provide hands-on operational support across Footsteps Nursery Fradley. This pivotal role focuses on upholding high-quality standards, supporting staff teams, ensuring child safety and wellbeing, and helping manage day-to-day operational challenges, including staffing and ratios.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early childhood education, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be confident leading and inspiring teams across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will be confident in taking on the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), have experience with Ofsted inspections, and demonstrate a strong understanding of high-quality teaching and learning in the Early Years.
The nursery is a 114-place setting, spread across three buildings, with extensive outdoor space available.
