Your role:

As an Early Years Targeted SEN Support Worker, you will provide targeted SEND support to early years settings and schools, helping practitioners meet the needs of children through the Graduated Approach. You will use coaching, mentoring and modelling strategies to build practitioner confidence, promote inclusive practice and improve outcomes for children with SEND. Join a supportive and dedicated team committed to improving outcomes for children and families across Wigan. As part of the Early Learning and Childcare Team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children with SEND by promoting inclusion and high-quality early education.
