Job summary

Thursfield Primary School in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support the early years class and its pupils, helping children learn in a positive, creative setting and contributing to the quality of the school's provision.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification as a teaching assistant and an interest in children with special educational needs. Visa sponsorship is not available; start date 4 January 2027.

• Level 3 qualification as a teaching assistant.
• Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding eligibility.
• Not barred from working in education.
