You will be working with Hays Education, one of the largest recruitment agencies in primary schools in Worcester. We are recruiting Early Years Supply Teachers who can teach from Reception to KS2 or specific stages/year groups on a day-to-day basis, as well as in long-term roles. Long-term roles may include covering sickness, PPA time, course cover, management release, paternity or maternity leave, and interventions. Planning may or may not be required; if needed, you will be paid to scale. As an Early Years Supply Teacher, you will teach children in the absence of their usual teacher, deliver lessons from plans provided, mark books according to policy, and give feedback where appropriate. You will observe behaviour and ensure children follow the behavioural policy, reporting any issues, including safeguarding concerns, to the on-duty DSL. You may support different schools daily or work at the same school long-term, either full-time or part-time. Supply work offers complete flexibility to fit around your commitments.
