Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries Limited in Salisbury is seeking an Early Years Supervisor with experience in child development to lead and support a room team, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, ensure safeguarding and EYFS standards, and mentor colleagues through inductions and supervision.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience within an Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and childcare legislation.
• Paediatric First Aid and Level 2 Safeguarding (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• A proactive, team-focused approach with a genuine passion for developing children and colleagues.
• Confidence in supporting audits, room improvements, and maintaining high standards.

We’re looking for Early Years Supervisor with experience in child development and committed to supporting children’s growth and learning based at our Happy Days Nursery & preschool in Salisbury.

As an Early Years Supervisor, you’ll lead, motivate, and support your room team to deliver high-quality care and education in a safe, stimulating environment. You’ll build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while ensuring excellent standards of safeguarding, learning, and wellbeing are consistently maintained.
