Our client, an established education provider with an on‑site nursery, is seeking an Early Years Supervisor to support the care, learning and development of children within its early years setting.

About the Role

The successful candidate will contribute to play and learning activities, manage everyday care routines and help create a stimulating environment. The role will also involve observing children’s development, maintaining accurate records and building positive relationships with parents and carers. This opportunity would suit a confident and collaborative childcare professional with a genuine passion for supporting young children.

Required Skills

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: Up to £27,934 per annum, plus a £1,000 market supplement for a fully qualified candidate.

This role is subject to child‑protection screening, including checks with previous employers, online checks and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. Applicants who are barred from regulated activity involving children must not apply. The campus is smoke‑free, and smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on site.
