Early Years Strategic Development Officer - fixed term until 25/06/2027
Waverley Court

Salary: £37,626 - £44,257 (pro-rata for part-time and sessional)
Hours: 36 per week, 39 weeks

As an integral part of the Early Years team, the Early Years Development Officer will support the delivery of early years content through vocational training programmes, supporting workforce development, and establishing best practice standards within the sector to meet SQA quality assurance targets.

This post involves regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. If the candidate has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. The employment offer is conditional upon satisfactory completion of these checks.
