An established industry player in children's services is seeking a dedicated leader to manage nursery settings effectively. This role involves operational leadership, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and promoting family nurture services. The successful candidate will work part-time, focusing on continuous improvement for the benefit of children and families. This fixed-term position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within the community, providing essential support and services to families. To provide effective day-to-day operational leadership and management of the nursery setting for the benefit of children, families, and the wider community. To promote and develop the nursery and family nurture services to ensure the highest quality of provision for children and families.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organization.
Working pattern is Thursdays and Fridays, 7.25 hours per day.
This is a Children's Service Network (CSN) post. Initially, you will be based at Meldrum Primary School, but you may be required to work elsewhere within the Meldrum CSN. The successful candidate will be employed on a 52.18 weeks per year contract.
