West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a SEND Practitioner to work with children aged 0-5 and their families, delivering Portage in homes and supporting nurseries and Family Hubs.

You will travel into communities, build relationships with families and professionals, support early development and inclusion, and contribute to assessments and plans. This role offers flexible working, generous leave, the Local Government Pension Scheme, and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Portage home teaching to families in their homes.
