Are you passionate about making a difference in the early lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking an experienced and confident Early Years practitioner to join a dynamic and supportive Early Years SEND team.

About the Role: As an Early Years SEND Officer, you will play a vital role in providing early intervention and statutory support for children with SEND. You will work directly with Early Years settings including nurseries, preschools, and childminders, offering guidance and modelling strategies to support children's development. You will also assist in ensuring smooth transitions for children entering school.

This is a mobile role requiring travel to various early years settings. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a personal caseload across multiple settings.
  2. Conduct observations and provide tailored advice for children's needs.
  3. Collaborate with practitioners to enhance capacity within settings.
