Job summary

Remedy Education in London is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support children with autism in a caring SEN primary school in Tower Hamlets. This full-time, term-time role offers a rewarding chance to help young learners grow in confidence and friendship.

You will adapt activities, support communication, emotional regulation, and personal care where needed, working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and families to ensure consistent, inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or additional needs is a bonus but heart and dedication matter most.
• A calm, positive nature and willingness to learn.
• Great communication skills and a team mindset.
• Ability to follow EHCPs and behaviour support strategies.
• A relevant qualification is helpful, but not essential.
