The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting high-quality provision in our nursery setting, leading engaging activities for individuals and groups — including children with SEND and those with Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs). • Has high expectations, a positive outlook, and the ability to inspire learning

• Is flexible, proactive and works effectively as part of a collaborative team

• Is committed to our school values and ethos

• Is willing and able to provide intimate care with professionalism, empathy and discretion (full training provided)

• Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

We can offer:

• Enthusiastic, well-behaved children who are eager to learn

• A warm, vibrant and committed staff team

• A school culture grounded in respect, individuality and kindness

• Strong support from senior leaders, governors and parents

• Ongoing professional development and opportunities to grow your practice

If you are committed to making a positive difference in children’s lives and would enjoy working as part of our values-led school community, we’d love to hear from you.
