Job Description:

At Shooting Stars Nurseries, every day is a new adventure. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals who love learning and nurturing young minds to join our growing early years team.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 full & relevant Early Years childcare qualification
  • Experience working in a children’s day nursery
  • Team Leader or Room Leader experience

Location: Shooting Stars Nursery, 25 Mount Road, Hinckley, LE10 1AD

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week over 5 days

Salary: £14.60 per hour

We operate from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, all year round except bank holidays.

We are looking for:

  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centric childcare
  • Knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted inspections, and working with children with Special Educational Needs
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • Experience as a Key Person, building relationships and working in partnership with parents and families
  • Team leader and/or room leader experience
