Job summary

A nursery role with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Tyldesley seeks a Nursery Room Leader to oversee daily room operations, ensuring top standards of care, learning and development while mentoring colleagues in a warm, safe environment.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent, strong EYFS knowledge, and proven leadership and communication skills to safeguard and deliver outstanding early years experiences.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
