Banana Moon Day Nursery in Hounslow is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Professional to join our team, delivering high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing environment.

Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 depending on experience. The role requires Level 3 in Early Years Education, strong EYFS understanding, and a valid DBS check. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and engage with parents to support children's development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Up-to-date DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children, supporting their learning and development in a nurturing environment.

• Plan and implement stimulating and age-appropriate activities to support children's development.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress to inform planning.

• Adhere to all safeguarding policies, health and safety regulations, and nursery procedures.
