Job description

We are seeking a qualified Level 2 or 3 or above Nursery Practitioner.

Joining bonus is £2500 for full-time hours. All joining bonuses are payable after a successful 6-month probation period.

Client based in Henley on Thames, looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday, full time. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 am to 6 pm, with 8-hour shifts. Please only apply if you are within a 45-minute commute.

Duties:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, promoting security and satisfaction among parents.
• Care for the daily needs of children to support their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
• Supervise all staff within your room to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Contribute effectively to the team, maintaining good communication throughout the nursery.

Role details: 40 hours per week, 51 weeks a year.
