Job summary

Quint Education is seeking Flexible Early Years Practitioners to work across nurseries in Oxfordshire and Swindon. You will support children aged 0–5, assist with routines and play, and help create a safe, engaging environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UK nursery experience with ages 0–5.
• Qualified (Level 2/Level 3) in Early Years Education or equivalent.

Flexible Early Years Practitioner (Qualified) - Oxfordshire & Swindon

We are looking for flexible Early Years Practitioners to work across nurseries in Oxfordshire and Swindon areas; Bicester, Oxford city, Wantage and Didcot. Supporting children aged 0–5 years. This role is perfect if you are looking for flexible shifts, a variety of settings, and competitive pay.

About the Role:

• Support children aged 0–5 in nursery settings
• Assist with daily routines, play, learning activities, and care
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
• Work alongside nursery teams to meet EYFS standards

Pay & Hours:

• £13.50–£16.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
• Flexible hours – ideal for part-time or additional work

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of nursery experience within the UK (working with ages 0–5).
• Experience working with children aged 0–5 years as an early years practitioner
• Qualified (Level 2/Level 3) or above in Early Years Education
• Right to work in the UK
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required (or a willingness to apply for one).
• We require a 5-year reference history; any gaps in employment must be explained.
• Certifications: Must hold (or be willing to complete) Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding Level 2 Certificate
