Job summary

Aspire Foundation in Cheltenham is seeking caring practitioners for our Gardners Lane and other Cheltenham settings. Join a warm, child-centred team delivering high-quality early years experiences for young children.

We welcome energetic, enthusiastic people with Level 2/3 in Early Years (or working towards it). Start ASAP, full or part time roles with ongoing training and career development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about Early Years and child development.
• Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years (or working towards it).

Salary

Salary/Grade 3

• Full time 37 hours/week - Actual salary £22,614.00 pa (Qualified to level 3)
• Part-time 22.5 hours/week - Actual salary £13,752.00 pa (Qualified to Level 3)
• Zero hours rate: £13.65/hour
