Job summary

Spring Childcare is seeking an Early Years Practitioner (unqualified) in Halton, Buckinghamshire. The role offers a permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week) with a salary of £26,510 per annum.

No qualifications are required for this role, just a passion for helping children build brighter futures. You will contribute to a nurturing environment, support development, and work closely with families to ensure high-quality care and learning.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll be passionate about helping young children grow and develop. You’ll be keen to learn, work as part of a team and create a caring, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

• A passion to learn and develop whether you are new to the sector or an experienced practitioner
• Experience working with children in an Early Years or childcare environment
• An understanding of children's development needs (0 to 5 years)
• A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
