About the Role

Odin Childcare is recruiting on behalf of a well-established early years setting in Greater Manchester, known for its outstanding provision and commitment to securing the best start in life for every child.

We’re looking for a passionate, nurturing, and energetic Early Years Practitioner to join a dedicated team working specifically with children aged under two. You'll be part of a collaborative, experienced staff group who value creativity, inclusion, and developmental excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting babies and toddlers in a warm, responsive, and stimulating environment
  • Working in partnership with families in a diverse, multilingual community
  • Communicating clearly and compassionately with children, staff, and parents
  • Contributing to planning, observations, and learning journeys in line with EYFS
  • Playing an active role in team discussions and continuous professional development
What We’re Looking For
  • A recognised Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working with children under two years old (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of child development and early years best practice
  • A team player who brings ideas, energy, and a desire to grow
  • Confidence in working in a diverse, inclusive setting
  • Commitment to safeguarding and creating a secure learning space
