An established industry player is looking for enthusiastic early years practitioners to join their team across various childcare settings. Based at various locations throughout Angus.
The hourly rate includes payment for holidays, which is paid as a percentage of your hourly rate and itemised separately on your payslip. Successful applicants will be placed on our casual worker register and engaged as needed based on service requirements.
This job is classified as workstyle 1 - Fixed.
In this workstyle, most of your time will be spent delivering front-line services. Depending on your role, there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the week if you are not delivering services there.
Angus Council operates the following early learning and childcare models:
Models 1 and 2 settings are open during term-time, while Model 3 settings operate for more hours daily and are open for 46.6 weeks per year.
We are seeking enthusiastic early years practitioners to work across all Angus early learning and childcare settings on an as-required basis. Flexibility and availability to cover shifts at short notice are essential.
Within the early years setting, you will deliver a flexible, high-quality, stimulating education and care service that meets the needs of children and families.

Membership of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) or a commitment to gain registration is essential.
You must be able to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
