Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education is hiring at Holyrood Castleton Nursery. We offer flexible hours and a chance to work in a nature-inspired setting with outdoor learning opportunities for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

We provide fully funded training and development, a welcoming team, and career progression within Thrive. Training and safeguarding are prioritized to support your Early Years journey.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Teamwork and reliability.
• Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
• Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children.
