Job summary

Thrive Childcare operates Dundee Nature Kindergarten, offering a zero-hour contract with flexible hours to suit you. We provide fully funded training and development opportunities and a welcoming, supportive team in a nature-based nursery focused on outdoor learning for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Whether qualified or not, we welcome applicants and will support your Early Years journey with PVG checks and safeguarding training as part of our inclusive culture.

Qualifications

  • Passion for working with young children and supporting development.
  • Teamwork and reliability in a busy childcare setting.
  • Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing of children.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
  • Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children.
