Early Years Practitioner (Full-Time)
Location: Slough

Start Date: After Easter

Are you a passionate and proactive Early Years Practitioner looking to join an outstanding primary school? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to support our youngest learners in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with our Nursery Teacher, supporting keyworker children and playing a vital role in their development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting children’s learning through high-quality interactions and play-based activities
  2. Observing and assessing children’s progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys
  3. Providing a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children
  4. Being proactive in implementing the EYFS framework and adapting to the needs of each child

About You:

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic practitioner who:

  1. Holds an Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  2. Has experience working with young children in an educational setting
  3. Is proactive, creative, and passionate about early childhood education
  4. Works well in a team and takes initiative in supporting the nursery teacher
