Job Description:

We are currently looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners for a beautiful Early Years setting near Wimbledon.

Key attributes include:

• A positive and dedicated attitude with a genuine passion for childcare and development
• Ability to provide and maintain a caring environment
• Willingness to work a 40-hour week; consideration for 4-day workweeks
• Minimum NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Childcare and Early Years Education
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Previous 1-2 years experience in a nursery setting
• Encourage independent learning: Facilitate hands-on exploration and problem-solving activities to develop critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Build self-confidence and resilience: Support children in making choices, celebrating achievements, and learning from challenges.
• Promote creativity and curiosity: Design stimulating sensory and play-based activities to foster curiosity.
• Foster strong relationships: Cultivate a community valuing positive interactions, teamwork, and mutual respect among children, parents, and caregivers.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
