Job summary

Bright Horizons Banstead Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support development through engaging, reflective activities for our key children in Banstead, Surrey. The role includes planning and reflecting on routines, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and inclusive practice.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 Early Years qualification or higher, demonstrate passion for learning, and build trusted partnerships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development towards milestones.
• Create a safe environment that lets children express themselves, engage their minds and foster a lifelong love of learning.
