Job summary

Kindred Nurseries in the United Kingdom is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our caring team. You’ll deliver outstanding care and education in a warm, home-from-home environment, supporting children’s learning through play and observation.

You’ll work with the Room Leader and wider staff, plan engaging activities, build strong relationships with children and families, and ensure safeguarding and EYFS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding care and education in a warm, home-from-home environment.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support curiosity and development.
• Observe and record learning and achievements for Key Children.
• Communicate with parents and carers via Satchel app, face-to-face conversations and written observations.
• Maintain accurate records and follow Kindred's policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Support the Room Leader and collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive nursery environment.
