An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a new Enhanced Learning Provision in Croydon. Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs?

Academics is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join a new Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP) within a thriving primary school in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children with additional learning needs, particularly those with Autism (ASD) and speech & language difficulties.

The Role:

* Supporting early years/nursery-aged children within the ELP
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning and support strategies
* Creating an engaging and nurturing environment for children with diverse needs
* Supporting communication development and social interaction skills

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with early years/nursery-aged children
Understanding of SEN, particularly Autism (ASD) and speech & language needs
Passionate about inclusion and making a difference in children’s lives
Able to work effectively as part of a team within a school setting
Available to start immediately and commit to a full-time role
