Job summary

Bright Horizons Bristol Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner Lunch Cover to plan and deliver engaging activities for a 56-place nursery. You will create a safe, welcoming space and support children's physical and cognitive development, with a focus on inclusivity and play-based learning.

The role requires a Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, a passion for fun learning environments, and safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Foster a safe environment encouraging expression, curiosity and love of learning.
• Support children's development towards key milestones through learning activities.
