Job summary

Bright Horizons Milford is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for lunch cover at Milford Nursery in Staffordshire. The role runs Monday to Friday, 11:00–15:00, with a 20-hour week option across five days and a starting pay of £13.50 per hour dependent on qualification and experience.

You will plan and deliver engaging activities, ensure a safe environment, and help children develop towards key milestones while fostering a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones.
• You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
