Job summary

Bright Horizons Milford is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Milford nursery full time. You will plan, create and reflect on engaging activities to support each child’s development in a safe, nurturing environment.

We require a full Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, and a solid EYFS understanding. You’ll work closely with families and colleagues, with benefits including a 50% childcare discount and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.

Salary – Starting from £28,072 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

The Role
