Job summary

Bright Horizons Hinckley nursery is hiring an Early Years Practitioner to work Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 15:00. You will plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with EYFS, fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment and supporting children's development across key milestones.

You should hold a full Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification, understand safeguarding and build strong partnerships with families. DBS enhanced checks apply.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child
• Provide a safe environment that fosters expression and a love of learning
• Support development towards key milestones and build trust with colleagues and parents

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Hinckley Nursery, Monday to Friday 11:00 - 3:00.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
