Salary – Starting from £27,310.40 - £28,392 per annum/ £13.13 - £13.65 per hour (full time equivalent, dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Hours: Mon-Fri | 10:00-14:00 or 11:00-15:00

We’re looking for apart time Early Years Practitioner to join Harwell Nursery as lunch cover on a permanent basis.
This cosy 94 place setting based on Harwell Campus in Didcot cares for children 3 months to 5 years old across 3 rooms and benefits from sensory corners, reading areas, imagination play stations and more. The Ofsted rated 'Good' nursery also includes a large open garden that the children can use on a free flow basis with lots of areas to explore.

The Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
What we’re looking for:
Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
