MP Training and Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for Bright Horizons Chigwell Day Nursery to plan and implement engaging educational activities. This full-time position (40 hours per week) is based in Chigwell, helping children to reach key developmental milestones in a safe environment.

Applicants must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and show a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning. The role offers competitive salary starting from £31,000 per annum, along with benefits including childcare discounts and enhanced parental leave.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents.
