The role emphasises safeguarding, planning activities under EYFS, and building strong relationships with families, offering ongoing professional development and opportunities across the Busy Bees network.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment and prepare materials.
• Lead educational activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Act as Key Person, building strong family connections.
