Job summary

Bright Horizons Cedar House Day Nursery & Preschool in Enfield, EN1 2PP, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner. The role involves planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with EYFS to support children’s development, while maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A Level 3+ in Early Years is required, with safeguarding knowledge and a passion for inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers

Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for each child.
• You will foster a safe environment that encourages expression and a lifelong love of learning.
• You will build trusting relationships with families and work closely with team members.
