Kinderland Central Croydon is seeking a friendly, caring Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join our family-run day nursery. You will use the EYFS framework to support children's development and build strong relationships with parents and carers.

We offer extensive training, CPD opportunities, ongoing salary reviews, 31 days holiday (rises with service up to 36), staff discounts, and a supportive team. Both full-time and part-time roles are available in Central Croydon.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in childcare.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Newly qualified candidates considered for progression.
