A leading company in childcare is seeking an Early Years Practitioner at their Beaconsfield nursery. The successful applicant will plan engaging activities, provide a supportive learning environment, and help foster a love of learning among children. This role is vital for nurturing the development of young minds in a friendly and welcoming setting.
Nursery – Bright Horizons Brindley House Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary – Starting from £26,936 - £27,996.80 (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Location – Beaconsfield, HP9

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Brindley House nursery.
The nursery is located in the centre of the beautiful market town of Beaconsfield, just a short 5 minute walk from Beaconsfield rail station and local shops. There is limited free staff parking on-site and reduced rates nearby. The team here are warm, friendly and welcoming and have great links with the local community.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
What we’re looking for
Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
