Job Type: Full-Time (3-5 days/week, flexible)
Location: Leeds
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (Temp to Perm)

Are you passionate about giving children the best start in life? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our long-term supply team supporting nurseries across Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Early Years professionals who are looking to gain hands-on experience, build relationships with a variety of nurseries, and develop their career in childcare.



About the Role:

  • Work as an Early Years Practitioner across a range of high-quality early years settings in Leeds

  • Support children aged 0-5 years in their learning and development, following the EYFS framework

  • Collaborate with nursery teams to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

  • Help plan and deliver fun, educational activities tailored to each child's individual needs

  • Provide consistent care and build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents



Working Hours:

  • Flexible working: Choose between 3 to 5 days per week

  • Long-term placements with the potential for temp-to-perm contracts

  • A great opportunity to find the right setting for you while gaining valuable experience!



Requirements:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) is essential

  • Experience working in nurseries, preschools, or early years settings

  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

  • A caring, nurturing, and patient approach with a genuine passion for working with young children

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
