Job summary

A children’s care service in Dorchester is seeking a caring Early Years Practitioner. You will be responsible for the development and welfare of children aged 0–5, engaging them in learning activities, ensuring their safety, and working closely with a supportive team. Candidates should have a relevant Level 2 qualification and a working knowledge of EYFS. This full-time role involves shifts between 7am and 6pm, with a commitment to safeguarding each child's wellbeing.

• Experience in childcare assessed at minimum L2 level.
