Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is hiring a Nursery Practitioner for our brand-new Corby Weldon Park nursery. You will create a safe, stimulating environment and lead EYFS-aligned activities to support children's growth. You’ll be a key person, engaging with families to ensure learning extends to home.

Ideal candidates have a Level 2+ in Early Years Education and proven experience with under‑5s, plus strong communication and organisational skills to maintain exciting, structured learning spaces.

Qualifications

• Level 2 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills—able to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational abilities—keeping learning environments structured yet exciting.
• Deep understanding of child development—planning engaging activities to help learners thrive.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment by arranging rooms and materials to encourage exploration and growth.
• Lead Engaging Educational Activities aligned with EYFS framework to support development.
• Be a Key Person by overseeing development and building strong family connections to support learning at nursery and home.
