Job summary

Partou Bluebells Day Nursery & Pre-school in Preston, Lancashire seeks a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner to join full-time staff. You will support learning and development in line with EYFS, delivering engaging activities with care and inclusivity.

The role includes safeguarding commitments, partnerships with families, and opportunities for professional development through Partou Academy. A £1,000 Welcome Bonus is offered along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Early Years Practitioner L2.
• Help children engage in stimulating activities that support learning and development in line with EYFS.
• Provide exceptional care and compassion toward children.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
• Build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
