Early Years Practitioner (Full Time or Part Time)
Milton Keynes
Salary: £27,711 FTE (pro rata to hours worked)
Start date: September 2025 Permanent
Working pattern: Flexible, term time (39 weeks/year)

The School and Role
A welcoming, community-focused primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team from September 2025. You will support the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive EYFS environment for children aged 4 5, working closely with colleagues and families to foster a calm, safe, and engaging space where every child can thrive. This role is available on a full-time or part-time, term-time basis to suit your availability.

Requirements
Please note: Only applicants with the right qualifications and proven UK early years experience will be considered.

  • A Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential)

  • Proven experience in a UK early years or nursery setting

  • Ability to promote high standards and consistency in behaviour and routines

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Calm, organised, and proactive approach to supporting young learners

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new one
