Bright Horizons Englefield Green Day Nursery and Preschool in Egham, Surrey, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner. Starting salary from £29,619.20 p.a. (Level 3) with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday. You will plan and deliver engaging activities supporting development and EYFS principles.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and fosters a love of learning.
• Support development towards key milestones and maintain high-quality play-based learning.
