Job summary

Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our Hinchley Wood nursery in Esher, Surrey.

You will plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to key children, fostering development towards EYFS milestones in a safe, inclusive environment that supports lifelong learning. DBS-based safeguarding is required and we offer shift options to suit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to key children.
• Foster a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and develop.
• Support children's development towards EYFS milestones.
