Bright Horizons Shoreham-by-Sea Day Nursery & Preschool in West Sussex is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, helping them progress toward EYFS milestones.

You will create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves, work with a supportive team, uphold safeguarding standards, and contribute to inclusive, high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Must hold full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Solid safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development toward milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and involve families to support learning and development.
