Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for our Cheswick nursery. You will provide high-quality education and care, following EYFS standards, and support each child’s development with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 2 in Early Years and child development.
• Experience supporting children's learning journeys.
• Able to follow EYFS framework to deliver high-quality education.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional early years education, supporting each child’s development and learning journey.
• Confidently implement and follow EYFS frameworks to ensure high-quality teaching and care.
• Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness and professionalism.
• Design and deliver stimulating activities that enrich learning and promote holistic development.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, parents and carers through open communication.
• Uphold safeguarding, health and safety in every interaction and environment.
• Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas to shape the children's future.
