Academics is seeking motivated Early Years Practitioners to join our supply team in North Staffordshire schools. You'll provide a supportive learning environment for young children, implementing the EYFS framework and encouraging their growth through play and structured activities. Academics is actively recruiting passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our trusted supply team, working across a variety of welcoming primary schools throughout North Staffordshire.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
* Work closely with nursery and school staff to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
* Deliver activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support each child's learning and development.
* Encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence through age-appropriate play and structured activities.
What we're looking for in an Early Years Practitioner:
* A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
* A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate.
* Genuine enthusiasm for helping young children grow and develop.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
* Previous experience in an early years setting is desirable but not essential.
