Winner Education is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a permanent full-time role in Leatherhead, Surrey. The nursery emphasises exceptional care, development, and progression into senior positions within a unique learning environment.

Applicants should have a Level 2/3 childcare qualification, at least 12 months EYFS experience, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and building nurturing relationships with children and parents.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant level 2 or 3 childcare qualification
• At least 12 months experience in an Early Years setting
• Safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
• Ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
• Child-centred approach to your work

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of care and education to all children
• Follow the EYFS framework and LEAP programme
• Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children
• Strong communication with parents, professionals and colleagues
• Be responsible for assessing and reviewing the children's development
• Implement an effective key person approach
• Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor environment
• Maintain and update personal records for each individual child
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained
• Coordinating with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding education experiences through practical and theoretical activities
