Job summary

Winner Education in Leatherhead, Surrey, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a permanent full-time role. You will provide high-quality care and education, follow the EYFS framework and LEAP programme, and nurture a stimulating indoor and outdoor environment for children.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2/3 childcare qualification, have at least 12 months in an Early Years setting, and be committed to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant level 2 or 3 childcare qualification.
• At least 12 months experience in an Early Years setting.
• Safeguarding and child protection knowledge and procedures.
• Ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of care and education to all children.
• Follow the EYFS framework and LEAP programme.
• Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children.
• Strong communication with parents, professionals and colleagues.
• Be responsible for assessing and reviewing the children's development.
